Where's Waldo? (and who is he...?)

0comments
Who is Waldo?  We know him by his other name, Wally, in our part of the world...and he is the star of some of our most popular, and constantly  issued, library books.

Some American golf fans thought it would be fun to see him at the recently played Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta, USA.  Click on the map below, and see if you can find him.  He's pretty easy to find in some of the pictures...but not so easy in others.... how many can you do?  Can you comment on this post and let everyone else know?

This week, we have some great new books for you to choose from.
For Andy Griffiths fans (of whom we have many!), here is his new book - just as crazy as his previous ones:

THE 26-STOREY TREEHOUSE

..and the first book in a terrific new series for girls, (especially Year 3 and up) featuring Daisy; a clever and funny heroine who is always in trouble.  Here is the beginning of the book for you to listen to.

DAISY AND THE TROUBLE WITH LIFE

come and reserve it this week!

Also, don't forget to come and look at all the Anzac Day books on the display shelves this week...we have some wonderful picture books, and some amazing non-fiction, too!
